Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Anthony L. Lewis—better known as "Ant"—is a devoted husband to Kiera Lewis and proud father to Anthony L. Lewis III ("Tripp"). For over a decade, Ant has been a passionate speaker and leader, dedicated to cultivating coaches, leaders, and family-like environments within teams. His impact spans roles as a youth director, college ministry director, community outreach director, and long-time Sports Chaplain for the 2022 HBCU National Champion, North Carolina Central University (NCCU) Football team.

In 2021, Ant launched "The Family Xperience" then called “Family Night”, a transformative team-building experience designed to reshape the culture of NCCU Football. More than just an event, Family Night created a space for players to connect beyond the surface, fostering genuine brotherhood and unity. The result? A dramatic cultural shift that helped turn the program into a championship-winning team. As Ant puts it: "They had the scheme, but the culture made the difference!"

Following NCCU’s success, Ant expanded his impact by developing additional team-building sessions, equipping coaches and players from the college level, to high school with practical tools to build trust, accountability, and cohesion—both on and off the field. Today, his work continues to strengthen teams, proving that true success starts with a winning culture and coaches passionate about development.
